Short Bio

Dr. Xiaobing Wang is Associate professor in China Center for Agricultural Policy (CCAP), School of Advanced Agricultural Sciences, Peking University. She obtained Ph.d degree from Martin-Luther University Halle-Wittenberg, Germany in 2007. Leibniz Institute of Agricultural Development in Transitional Economies (IAMO), Germany. She is the leading scientist of the Major Project of National Social Science Fund of China and preside several projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). She published more than 90 peer-reviewed journal articles including those on Nature BiotechnologyAmerican Journal of Agricultural Economics and World Development, etc. She obtained Leibniz-Wuchspreis 2008. She is honored as the Highly Cited Chinese Researchers (2020, 2021 and 2022) for the exceptional research performance in the field of Agricultural and Forestry Economics & Management by ELSEVIER.
