简介

  杨建国,研究员、博士生导师。2010年毕业于厦门大学生命科学学院,获得学士学位;2015年毕业于北京大学生命科学学院,获得博士学位;2015年7月至2019年9月在北京大学生命科学学院继续开展博士后研究;2019年9月加入北京大学现代农学院。

  课题组研究方向:

  本课题组主要以合成生物学为研究手段,开发合成生物学工具和功能性元件,并对复杂生物系统和复杂通路进行工程化重构。

  当前阶段的研究对象为固氮酶系统。固氮酶系统是原核生物所特有的一个极度复杂的系统,本课题组试图利用合成生物学的手段对固氮酶系统进行工程化改造,以期将固氮酶系统从原核生物转移到真核生物,乃至高等植物(包括主要农作物),从而实现农作物的自主固氮,以减少或消除化学氮肥的使用,实现农业的绿色和可持续发展。目前已经在生物固氮研究领域取得了一定的成绩:通过合成生物学手段首次在模式生物大肠杆菌底盘中实现了最简铁铁固氮酶系统的重构( PNAS , 2014);实现了植物源电子传递链模块的重构及与固氮酶系统的适配性研究( PNAS , 2017);通过借鉴病毒多聚蛋白策略,实现了多聚蛋白型钼铁固氮酶系统的重构( PNAS , 2018);通过异源重构解决了固氮酶核心组分在线粒体的不稳定性问题( PNAS , 2020)。下一阶段,课题组将侧重以单细胞真核细胞为底盘,突破固氮酶系统由原核系统向真核系统的过渡;继而以植物细胞为底盘,实现固氮酶系统向高等植物的转移。
